Congratulations on being selected to work at Geodis!
Staffmark and Geodis have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Geodis.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.
Shifts | Workhours | Workdays
Geodis Apple has over a 12 different schedules.
You will be confirmed for your schedule during the recruiting process.
Staffmark will also confirm it in your welcome text.

Parking
Blue is the parking area.
Red is the entrance you will meet Neri in.
Follow the Geodis Employee parking signs.

The employee portal! Go to www.employeeworkplace.com and log in using your email. Reset your password if you forget it. If the website doesn’t work on your phone, try a computer, or call our help line (855) 801-8451.

Time Clock + Pay
Time Clock Procedures
You will receive a badge on your first day.
You must have your badge daily.
You will use this badge to clock and out.
Please make sure you are clocking out for lunch also. If you missed a punch make sure to connect with Neri and your supervisor to let them know.
Pay Schedule
Material Handlers range $16.25 – $19.30 / hr
Reach Truck Op range $19.25 – $23.95 / hr
- Pay varies by shift and position.
- Your pay will be confirmed with you on your welcome text message.
Attendance & Shifts
Incase you are late or absent
You must text Neri @ 615-632-8857 and your Supervisor the following:
- Name
- Agency Name
- Telephone number
- Reason for Absence
Requesting Time Off:
Please see your on-site leader to discuss time off needs and how to request.
Lunch / Other Policies
Please pack or bring your lunch. There is no resources near to get food off site while on break.
You will receive a 30 minute break for lunch.
There are microwaves, vending machines and refrigerators on-site.
Please makes sure you are cleaning up your area before you return to your work.
You can use your cell phones during this break.
- You can bring in a clear water bottle.
- No cell phones are permitted. Please leave them in your car.
- At Geodis Apple overtime is 100% Voluntary.
