Congratulations on being selected to work at Geodis!
Staffmark and Geodis have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Solutions Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Geodis.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.
Orientation Information
Orientation will take place at Staffmark Hebron, KY Branch prior to your first day of work. Please make sure to attend your orientation on-time. If you are late, they may turn you away.
Be sure to allow time for traffic so you are not late your first day of work. Picture ID is required first day!
From the Staffmark Branch, it is approximately a 10-minute drive.
Shifts | Workhours | Workdays
1st Shift | 7am to 3:30pm | Monday through Friday
2nd Shift | 4pm to 12:30am | Monday through Friday
*Overtime possible- will report in earlier for shift; occasional weekends may occur.

Time Clock + Pay
Time Clock Procedures
You will be using the timeclock to track your hours. Clock in daily for the start of your shift, out for meal break, in from meal break, and end of shift. Failure to clock in and out can affect your pay. Please contact Staffmark if you have any issues with the timeclock.
Pay Rate
Material Handler | 1st Shift | $16.50
Material Handle | 2nd Shift | $17.00
Operator 1 (Electric Pallet Jack) | 1st Shift | $17.50
Operator 1 (Electric Pallet Jack) | 2nd Shift | $18.00
Operator 1 (Reach Truck/Order Picker) | 1st Shift: $18.50
Operator 1 (Reach Truck/Order Picker) | 2nd Shift- $19.00
Pay Schedule
- Paydays are every Friday.
- Pay period is from Monday to Sunday
- and is paid the following Friday.
- You have 2 ways to receive your paycheck:
- Direct Deposit
- Skylight Pay Card.
Attendance & Shifts
Incase you are late or absent
You are REQUIRED to call the Notification Line: Call or text Staffmark at (513) 966-0816 or (859) 341-5511. Failure to call will result in a No Call No Show. Attendance Policy is in place with Unpaid Time Off.
Please provide the following information when you call in:

- Department
- Reason for Absence
- Phone #
Requesting Time Off:
Please contact your Staffmark On-site Manager for any time that is needed off.
Your time off request MUST be made in advance and approved by GEODIS and Staffmark On-site Manager.
Lunch / Other Policies
Lunches are 30 minutes, so it is suggested that you bring your lunch. Refrigerators, microwaves, canteen and vending machines are available. Please do your part to keep break room area clean.
Dress Code
What to wear:
- Comfortable closed toed shoes
- Hair needs to be tied off at the shoulders
- Shirts must be tucked in and be proper length to cover mid section when lifting, turning or bending
- Pants, jeans, joggers, or shorts (shorts must be mid-thigh length or longer)
What to NOT wear:
- Hoodies, low-cut shirts, sleeveles shirts
- No jeans/pants with holes or tears
