Staffmark and Draxlmaier have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Draxlmaier.

A-shift: Monday-Friday | 5:00am – 1:30pm
B-Shift: Monday-Friday | 1:00pm – 9:30pm
C-shift: Sunday-Thursday | 9:00pm – 5:30am
ALL Logistic positions MUST BE flexible with schedule (times are subject to change weekly based on client’s needs)

A Draxlmaier supervisor will provide instruction on how to us the timeclock to track your hours.
Failure to clock in and out can affect your pay.
$20.00 – $23.50 / hour
Overtime pay after 40 hours.
You are REQUIRED to contact your Draxlmaier supervisor and text Staffmark at 408.740.7921 or 510.517.2116.
Failure to call and text will result in a No Call No Show. Let’s avoid this please.
Call/text if you will be late or absent from work, providing:
Unless sick time is available all time off will be considered unexcused unless approved by client management (except: Covid or work injury related reasons).
Sick time is available after 90 days.
Your Draxlmaier supervisor will provide you with details on when your lunch break will take place.
Food is only allowed in the breakrooms.
