Welcome to the team

Congratulations on being selected to work at DHL!

Staffmark and DHL have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and DHL.

It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.

How to Check-In

Enter in the main entrance on the North East corner. Sign in with Security, let them know you are with Staffmark and they will ensure your Staffmark Onsite Representative is notified.

Orientation Information

During your first day you will have your biometric information added to the timekeeping system, shown how to use the timeclock, be issued an access badge, safety vest and provided safety training.

Shifts | Workhours | Workdays

Most positions are either A, B or C shift.​

  • A shift ​| 4:30am – 3:00pm​ – Tuesday – Friday. (10 hours daily)
  • B shift ​| 3:30pm – 2:00am​ – Tuesday – Friday. (10 hours daily)
  • C shift | 4:30am – 5:00pm – Saturday – Monday. (12 hours daily)

Time Clock + Pay

Time Clock Procedures

All Staffmark employees are required to use the biometric clocks.

Please ensure you clock in for your shift, out for lunch, in from lunch and out for the day. If you have any problems with the timeclock please notify your onsite manager immediately.

Pay Rates
  • A SHIFT | $17.50 Warehouse / $20.65 Operators​
  • B SHIFT | $18.50 Warehouse / $21.65 Operators​
  • C SHIFT | $19.00 Warehouse / $22.15 Operators
Pay Schedule
  • Paydays are every Friday.
  • Pay period is from Monday to Sunday and is paid the following Friday.
  • The 2 BEST ways to receive your pay check:
    • Direct Deposit
    • Skylight Pay Card

Attendance & Shifts

All employees are expected to work their scheduled shifts.

REquesting time off / Incase you are late or absent

If you are unable to report to work for any reason, you must use the DHL call off reporting process. Please scan or click the QR code below to access the call off reporting process. This ensures your supervisor is made aware of your absence.

 

Lunch / Other Policies

Lunch

Each shift has a 30 minute, unpaid meal period.

Dress Code

This facility is climate controlled to 75 degrees all year!

  • Safety vests will be issued your first day and must be worn on the floor.
  • Tennis shoes are allowed.
  • Closed toe and heel shoes are required.

Do not use/wear:

  • Headphones or earbuds.
  • Sunglasses inside.
  • Any explicit or offensive content on clothing, jewelry or body art.
  • No spandex or leggings.
  • No phone use on the floor!
