Congratulations on being selected to work at Charms!
Staffmark and Charms have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and Charms.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.
Shifts | Workhours | Workdays
Manufacturing is all Monday to Friday
1st Shift
- Kitchen | 5:00AM – 3:30PM
- Fluffy Stuff | 5:30AM – 4:00PM
- Packing | 6:00AM – 4:30PM
2nd Shift
- Kitchen | 3:30PM – 2:00AM
- Fluffy Stuff | 4:00PM – 2:30AM
- Packing | 4:30PM – 3:00A
3rd Shift
- Sanitation | 9:00PM – 5:30AM
Distribution Center – Monday to Friday
- 1st Shift | 6:00AM – 2:30PM
- 2nd Shift | 2:30PM – 11:00PM
Onsite Information
Parking
Park only in the double parking rows in the facility parking lot.
Speed limit in the lot is 10 mph.
Please do not speed in the parking lot.
Be courteous- 1 space per car.
Loitering after shift is not permitted.
Do not leave valuable items in plain site.

Time Clock + Pay
Time Clock Procedures
Please make sure you are clocking in and out daily.
You are required to clock out for lunch.
If you miss a punch, please see the onsite leader to get a missed punch form and follow instructions for corrective action.
Pay Rates
- 1st Shift: $14.50/hour
- 2nd Shift: $16.50/hour
- 3rd Shift: $16.50/hour
Pay Schedule
Overtime pay after 40 hours
Paid weekly on Friday
Pay via direct deposit or electronic paycard
Access paystubs at www.EmployeeWorkplace.com
Attendance & Shifts
Incase you are late or absent
Please text the following line 901-664-9927 or call the office 901-475-4756 with:
- Name
- Shift
- Reason for absence
- Phone number
You also need to call the Charms Call Out Line at 901-476-5255, Press “0”, leave Name, Shift, Reason for absence and phone number.
Requesting Time Off:
Please see the site leader.
You will complete a time off request form.
All requests must be submitted and approved within 48 hours.
Please remember that all requests will be based on production availability.
Lunch / Other Policies
You will receive a 30 minute lunch.
Break schedules will vary based off of department.
Lunch room has the following:
- Microwaves
- Refrigerator
- Open market
Food and snacks are not permitted outside of the lunchroom area.
Cell Phones are not allowed inside the plant.
You can smoke in designated smoking areas.
Dress Code
What to wear:
Our goal is to KEEP YOU SAFE, but you also want to make a good impression!
- Staffmark issued shirts must be worn daily
- Long pants like Jeans, Khakis, Dickies
- Steel Toe Shoes or Steel Toe Boots are Mandatory
- You must wear socks
What not to wear:
- Spandex or body-hugging clothing
- No crocs or sandals
- No shoes with exposed toes or heels
