Staffmark and Charms have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Park only in the double parking rows in the facility parking lot.
Speed limit in the lot is 10 mph.
Please do not speed in the parking lot.
Be courteous- 1 space per car.
Loitering after shift is not permitted.
Do not leave valuable items in plain site.

Please make sure you are clocking in and out daily.
You are required to clock out for lunch.
If you miss a punch, please see the onsite leader to get a missed punch form and follow instructions for corrective action.

All requests must be submitted and approved within 48 hours.
Please remember that all requests will be based on production availability.
You will receive a 30 minute lunch.
Break schedules will vary based off of department.
Lunch room has the following:
Food and snacks are not permitted outside of the lunchroom area.
Cell Phones are not allowed inside the plant.
You can smoke in designated smoking areas.
