Congratulations on being selected to work at CEVA!
Staffmark and CEVA have a strategic relationship, known as an Onsite Program. This relationship provides us the opportunity to work more closely with our employees on assignment, as well as with our customers. We are counting on you to represent us well! Remember that you are an employee of Staffmark and should comply with policies and procedures of both Staffmark and CEVA.
It is important to remember that all personnel issues, questions and/or concerns must be discussed directly and promptly with your Staffmark Onsite Manager. We are here to support and assist you with anything you need.

2nd Shift: 4:00PM – 2:30AM | M-Th
Weekend Shift: 5:00AM – 5:30PM | F-Su
Hours are based on volume and overtime may be required

Time Clock + Pay
Time Clock Procedures
You will be using a timeclock to track your hours.
Failure to clock in and out can affect your pay. Please contact your onsite manager aware if you have any issues with the timeclock.
Use badge to clock in and out.
Pay Schedule
1st Shift: $18.00/hour
2nd Shift: $18.50/hour
Weekend: $19.00/hour
Forklift: $.75 Additional
- Overtime pay after 40 hours
- Paid weekly on Friday
- Pay via direct deposit or electronic paycard
- Access paystubs at www.EmployeeWorkplace.com
Attendance & Shifts
Incase you are late or absent
Call the CEVA call out number @ 678-369-2886
Text Staffmark at 770-954-3167. Failure to call and text will result in a No Call No Show.
Call/text if you will be late or absent from work, providing:
- First name
- Last name
- Reason
- Phone number
Requesting Time Off:
To request time off please let your Staffmark Onsite person know. You can text in at 770-954-3167
You cannot take any days off during peak season September – December.
Lunch / Other Policies
Lunches are 30 minutes, so it is suggested that you bring your lunch. Refrigerators, microwaves, vending machines and storage shelves are provided. Please do your part to keep the area clean.
Dress Code
What to wear:
Our goal is to KEEP YOU SAFE, but you also want to make a good impression!
- Steel-toed boots shoes are required
- Casual dress code. Please dress appropriately depending on the climate
What not to wear:
- Headphones
- Sunglasses
- Open-toe or open-heel shoes
- Any visible clothing that displays or depicts nudity, obscenity, violence, or sexually suggestive design
- No Crop Tops or Tank Tops
