Staffmark Announces New Chief Executive Officer

CINCINNATI, OH – Staffmark announced today that Eugene A. Cutolo has been promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer effective June 27, 2016. Cutolo was most recently Senior Vice President of the company's Output Solutions group, and has been with Staffmark since 1998. Lesa Francis, the current President and CEO, will be leaving the company on July 8 to pursue a new opportunity.

Cutolo has more than 23 years of staffing industry experience and, prior to joining Staffmark, was General Manager for Prostaff Personnel and Regional Sales Manager for Kelly Services.

Commenting on the promotion, Hitoshi Motohara, Chairman of Staffmark's Board of Directors and a Managing Corporate Executive Officer of Global Staffing for Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd., said, "Geno is well respected both within our company and the staffing industry, and we are excited about the direction he will take Staffmark. He has been instrumental in Staffmark's growth and success, and I am confident that the company will continue to excel under his leadership."
