Job Summary
We are currently hiring a Solutions Engagement Manager for our Project Solutions team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The Solutions Engagement Manager (EM) is responsible for overseeing the successful performance of our clients’ projects, talent teams, or services at current and prospective customer locations. The EM is accountable for contingent employee management, quality of services performed, and oversight of contractual statements of work (SOWs).
Essential Duties
Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:
- Act as our client’s primary point of contact for Advantage Technical on all assigned SOWs and projects.
- Establish and develop client relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
- Understand and work to accomplish client objectives as defined by our contractual SOWs.
- Ensure compliance with our negotiated statements of work (SOWs) and develop change orders as needed to ensure SOWs remain current.
- Manage all assigned teams and personnel in a manner that satisfactorily accomplishes program goals and activities.
- Oversee team structure, schedules, staffing plans, personnel time off, project prioritization and resource alignment to ensure successful completion of contract tasks and deliverables.
- Facilitate employee retention and satisfaction efforts and programs.
- Provide written reports on team performance, metrics, and related activities both internally and to client stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements based on best practices and industry standards. Ensure appropriate documentation of processes.
- Partner with Advantage Technical office(s) in team recruitment efforts, as needed. Screen, interview, and hire qualified contingent workers following established processes.
- Ensure both Advantage Technical and client policies are understood and adhered to by all contingent workers.
Competencies
Competencies we value for this role include:
Bachelor's Degree or 6 years of experience in a similar role, Minimum of 2 years in a management position with supervisory responsibility for a team of 10 or more direct reports. Minimum of 2 years working in a contract services or outsourcing environment and a minimum of 2 years of experience delivering services via contractual Statements of Work. Expert knowledge of Statement of Work process, direct responsibility for writing and delivering performance appraisals. Direct responsibility for the creation and analysis of performance metrics and reports, experience conducting job interviews and making personnel selection as a regular part of previous positions. Expert knowledge of standard office systems and programs.
