Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Shift: 1st shift | Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished biomedical parts for quality using precision hand tools and visual inspection
• Perform detailed measurements to ensure parts meet exact specifications
• Accurately document inspection results and report discrepancies
• Follow all quality standards, company policies, and safety procedures
• Support production teams with feedback to maintain high-quality output

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of quality inspection experience
• Hands-on experience with precision measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
• Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs as needed
• Reliable and motivated to maintain quality standards in a production setting
• Casual dress code (comfortable work environment!)
