Responsibilities:

• Assist the local HR Manager and Facility Manager with designing communications strategies to improve workplace collaborations, community outreach, and brand awareness.
• Oversee the concept, design, and creation of internal communications materials, such as newsletters, local employee website/portal, leader talking points, employee messages, All Employee Meetings, summaries, and statements.
• Assist with planning and organizing employee events.
• Collaborate with the local leadership team and division communicators.
• Will manage the facility’s Facebook page and other applicable social media.
• Maintain brand voice in social media, website, and other content by providing insights to local leaders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience as a communication representative or a similar role.
• Excellent writing, project-management, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in developing communications for employees.
