Location: Monroe, LA
Pay: $20 – $25+/hr. DOE
Schedule: Must be available to work 6 AM – 6 PM (Usually working 10-hour shifts)

Key Duties:

• Fabricate metal components according to shop drawings and specifications
• Perform welding on sheet metal and thin-gauge materials (MIG welding preferred)
• Read and interpret blueprints, prints, and work orders
• Measure, cut, grind, and assemble metal parts accurately
• Ensure finished products meet quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Qualifications

• 2 years of fabrication and TIG welding experience
• Strong welding skills, especially with sheet metal and thinner materials
• Ability to read and understand prints and fabrication drawings
• Construction-related experience and/or knowledge of doors and frames is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Steel-toes
