Staffmark has partnered with a leading manufacturer in Rogers, AR to hire a CNC Machine Operator! If you have CNC experience and take pride in precision and quality, this is your chance to join a company that values integrity and invests in your success.

Pay: $22/hr (depending on experience)

Shifts:

• 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate CNC equipment in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Perform tasks such as cutting, punching, forming, drilling, tapping, turning, milling, and stamping to fabricate parts.
• Select raw materials and prepare them for production.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required steel-toe footwear.
• Lift up to 35 pounds and stand for the duration of your shift.
• Perform other machine operator duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of CNC experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Dependable and safety-conscious.
