A top national retailer’s distribution hub in Windsor, CT is now hiring a Warehouse Associate to join their thriving logistics operation. Hours & Pay

We’re offering multiple shift options to fit your lifestyle. Choose from:

  • Sun–Tues, 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM | $19.50/hour
  • Wed–Fri, 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM | $19.50/hour
  • Mon–Thurs, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM | $18.00/hour
  • Fri–Sun, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM | $19.50/hour

Employment Type: Temp-to-hire

 

What You’ll Be Doing

The candidate selected will assist both the Mods and Shipping departments. Depending on assignment, your duties may include:

Mods Department – Order Selector

  • Select and load/unload merchandise onto conveyors or palletize product
  • Check, verify, and audit merchandise
  • Identify and label products for proper handling
  • Rotate through 4-level Mods A–D on a monthly basis

Shipping Department – Warehouse Associate

  • Move merchandise from conveyor to trailers
  • Load merchandise onto proper trailers
  • Ensure all shipments are accurate and products are damage-free

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of recent warehouse experience (2 years preferred)
  • Must be comfortable working at heights (this is non-negotiable)
  • Able to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive bending, lifting, and twisting
  • Can thrive in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (heat included)
  • Steel-toed shoes are required; the dress code includes jeans, shorts, and T-shirts

Pay range minimum: $ 18.00
Pay range maximum: $ 19.50
