Salary: $75,000 – $85,000/yr.
Schedule: 8am – 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all inbound and outbound warehouse operations with a hands-on approach
- Lead and develop warehouse staff and third-party contractors through mentoring and training
- Manage labor planning, time and attendance, and absenteeism according to forecasts
- Promote continuous improvement and high-quality service to partners and customers
- Maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient workspace with optimal space usage
- Schedule routine maintenance for warehouse equipment such as forklifts and scanners
- Perform administrative duties including RF scanning, inventory control, and stocktaking
- Ensure audit readiness and maintain high quality standards for inventory accuracy
- Validate vendor invoices and manage communication with drivers for smooth deliveries
- Follow all internal procedures, conduct regular audits, and take initiative on special projects
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or higher, with 5+ years of warehouse experience (FMCG or Big Box Retail preferred)
- Proven leadership and team management experience with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of transportation, freight, e-commerce pick/pack, and drop shipping operations
- Forklift Certification and a valid driver’s license are required
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus, along with strong attention to detail and deadline management
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
