Staffmark is hiring a Sales Representative on behalf of our client in San Marcos, CA! This direct hire opportunity is perfect for someone with a strong sales mindset, great customer service skills, and a passion for the off-road, agricultural, marine, or heavy equipment industries.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 250–400 B2B accounts
- Analyze past sales and drive new growth strategies
- Customize outreach for each partner to maximize results
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Production teams
- Lead strategic, quota-based sales conversations confidently
- Prepare accurate quotes, reports, and sales documentation
What You Bring:
- 2–5 years of Inside Sales experience, ideally within the Off-Road, Agricultural, Marine, or Heavy Equipment industries
- Strong B2B relationship management and customer service skills
- Proven ability to drive results with a data-driven mindset
- Existing industry connections or product knowledge is a big plus
