Staffmark is hiring a Quality Assurance Auditor for a respected company in Broussard, LA with a strong presence in the oil and gas industry. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential and the chance to join a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Pay: $16.00 – $17.00/hour

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Night Shift: 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM
• Note: Candidates selected for the night shift will begin training on the day shift until they are transitioned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow and verify work based on work orders
• Conduct zinc/manganese phosphate or grit blast processes
• Perform product stamping, painting, stenciling, and apply thread compound/thread protectors
• Use micrometers and other measurement instruments with precision
• Perform quality checks and inspections according to company procedures
• Work independently or with a team to maintain high-quality production standards
• Promote goodwill and maintain positive interactions in all business dealings

Required Skills & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in a pipe yard
• Familiarity with work orders and production processes
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and stand for extended periods
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task
• Proficient in basic math and measuring tools
• High attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality
