Staffmark is hiring a Production Molder in Aitkin, MN for a leading company in the rubber manufacturing industry. Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Pay: $16.75/hr
Responsibilities:
- Follow work instructions to ensure quality production
- Use correct materials, tools, and press settings
- Learn proper material weighing techniques
- Inspect and trim parts as needed
- Accurately count and package finished products
No prior experience? No problem! This is an entry-level position with full training provided.
