Schedule Options | Monday – Friday | 8 AM – 4:30 PM or 9:30 AM – 6 PM
Pay | $18 per hour
Requirements
- A bilingual Spanish speaker able to translate Spanish and English calls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong commitment to attendance
- The ability to comfortably answer inbound calls
Bilingual Call Center Representative Daily tasks:
Answer incoming calls regarding a class action lawsuit and follow a script to ensure high-quality interactions. Document calls in Spanish and English and send and respond to emails as needed. Additionally, the candidate should be able and willing to learn multiple projects.
