Salary: $96,800 – $121,000/yr. (Based on experience)
Schedule: Flexible with a primary focus on day shift
As a Plant Engineer, you will be responsible for driving manufacturing projects from start to finish. Work alongside vendors, contractors, corporate teams, and plant staff to keep production efficient, on-time, and top quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple capital and improvement projects simultaneously
- Analyze and resolve complex mechanical and process issues
- Collaborate across departments to ensure timely, budget-conscious project delivery
- Utilize design software and process control systems
- Support plant operations by ensuring compliance with safety and engineering standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing plant setting
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in design software and process control systems
- Experience in a leadership role is highly preferred
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Work across office, warehouse, and manufacturing environments
- Lift/move up to 75 pounds; occasional climbing, stooping, or crawling
- Exposure to hot/cold temps, loud noises, mechanical parts, and heighted areas
- PPE required; steel-toe footwear and company-provided uniform
