Staffmark has partnered with a reputable manufacturing company in Fullerton, CA, and we’re on the lookout for a skilled Assembly Worker to join their growing team. This temp-to-hire opportunity is perfect for someone who’s mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to producing high-quality products.
Shift & Pay:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
- Pay: $20.00–$21.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs and stand for extended periods
What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll put your mechanical skills to the test by assembling or processing mechanical and electrical components. You’ll be trained to:
- Read blueprints, specifications, and assembly instructions
- Follow documented procedures and maintain accurate assembly/test records
- Use measuring tools and perform basic math calculations
- Work with small components with good manual dexterity
- Ensure consistent quality and efficiency in all assembly tasks

What You Bring:
- 2 years of related assembly experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Familiarity with measuring tools
