Compensation and Schedule

Hourly Rate: $20+/hour (Depending on experience)

Shift: Day Shift, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Essential Functions

As a Welder, you will perform essential welding tasks, ensuring quality and precision in all projects. This position requires a skilled professional with a strong commitment to safety and quality.

• Weld all necessary components including floors, walls, and roofs as specified in blueprints.
• Utilize grinders to smooth welds.
• General housekeeping/cleaning tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of welding experience.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks that include stooping, crouching, reaching, and working on knees.
• Skills: Ability to read a tape measure/blueprints, basic math skills, strong attention to detail, and communication and judgment skills.
