Staffmark is hiring a Property Maintenance Supervisor for a company specializing in vacation home development and management in Orange Beach, AL. This temp-to-hire opportunity is perfect for a skilled Maintenance Technician with resort experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Pay Rate: $18-$20 per hour

Shift Details: Wednesday and Thursday off; work all other days of the week.

Position Overview

As a Property Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring vacation homes are well-maintained, safe, and welcoming for guests. This hands-on role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks while upholding the company’s high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Installing and setting fixtures to enhance property functionality and appearance.
• Patching holes in walls to maintain structural integrity.
• Performing touch-up painting for a polished and professional look.
• Handling light electrical tasks, such as changing light bulbs and installing ceiling fans.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 1 year of maintenance experience at a resort or similar property.
• Skills: Dependable, safety-focused, and willing to work overtime. Basic computer skills are a plus.
• Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods during shifts.
