Pay: $90,000/yr – $110,000/yr
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Monday – Friday
Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of Human Resources management experience is required, with a preference for candidates holding a bachelor’s degree and Society for Human Resource Management certification.

Job Duties:
- Play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce by developing and administering various human resources plans and procedures.
- Plan, organize, and control all operations activities.
- Actively participate in the development of goals, objectives, and systems.
- Implement and annually update the compensation program.
- Rewrite job descriptions as necessary.
- Coordinate the hourly performance evaluation program and make revisions as needed.
- Craft, recommend, and implement personnel policies and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain the employee handbook on these policies.
- Conduct recruitment efforts for all exempt, non-exempt, and temporary workers.
