Pay: $31.85/hr
1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday
Requirements: A successful candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation and Disability Management, bringing expertise and a passion for supporting others in their journey back to productivity.

Job Duties:
- Act as a liaison for staff and faculty requiring reasonable accommodations.
- Coordinate program documentation related to accommodations.
- Perform alternative job searches to support the interactive process.
- Administer the University’s Early Return-to-Work Program for occupational and non-occupational injuries or illnesses.
- Work closely with affected employees, department management, Human Resources teams, and Healthcare facilities to ensure a smooth transition back to work.
- Promote healing and recovery during the return-to-work process.
- Cultivate modified job tasks and explore alternative work sites in collaboration with University WorkStrong.
- Enhance employee wellness through innovative solutions.
