Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
1st Shift Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Office Manager, the Administrative Specialist is responsible for providing timely, accurate support to office processes. This role will work across departments, with a strong focus on sales documentation and accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales orders and related customer documents
- Perform accounting functions including general ledger entries and reconciliations
- Maintain organized business records and files
- Create and update financial spreadsheets and accounting reports
- Support special projects and cross-functional administrative needs
- Deliver consistent results and contribute to a collaborative team environment

What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3–5 years of administrative experience (non-entry level)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Detail-oriented with strong communication, analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities
- Dependable with excellent attendance and time management
- Familiarity with ERP software is a plus
