In this position, you’ll play a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly while supporting a mission focused on student success and professional growth. Pay rate: $19 – $23/hr. 
Schedule: 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday

Essential Tasks:
The Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by handling a variety of administrative tasks. Duties include answering phones, responding to communications, scheduling meetings and appointments, managing office supplies, and keeping the workspace organized. The role also involves maintaining employee records, processing invoices and expense reports, sending out announcements, and assisting with HR and client interactions. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualified candidates will have one year of related experience.

Pay range minimum: $ 19.00
