Requirements
High school diploma/GED | 2+ years of HR experience | Proficiency in the use of Excel, Word, and HRIS | Strong attention to detail | Excellent communication skills
HR Coordinator Key Responsibilities
- Conduct New Employee Orientation (NEO) remotely and at HQ offices.
- Create and maintain employee personnel and confidential files.
- Ensure a smooth transition from Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to HRIS.
- Manage I-9 record keeping, including E-Verify submissions and follow-ups.
- Process employee status changes and verification of employment requests.
- Maintain and update HRIS records, organization charts, and reports.
- Monitor HR email and respond within 24 hours, along with other assigned duties.
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM
Pay: $24 – $26 per hour
