Pay & Hours
Pay Rate: $19 – $22 per hour (based on shift and experience)
1st Shift: 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify SMT assemblies, ensuring proper component placement and solder joints.
• Work with travelers to guide assemblies through the manufacturing process.
• Monitor the quality and accuracy of incoming and outgoing materials and products.
• Utilize inspection tools, including microscopes, to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Notify the lead if any equipment is malfunctioning and assist with preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Perform all tasks according to the company’s quality standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in PCB and/or SMT assembly inspection.
• Soldering experience under a microscope is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to read drawings, and proficiency with measuring tools.
• Knowledge of IPC-610 standards and electronic processes is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team environment with a strong focus on punctuality and attendance.
