Pay: $18.00/hr. – $19.50/hr. (Depending on experience)

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Requirements: A high school diploma or GED + 3 years of related work experience in account or system reconciliation and/or accounts payable or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience + Proficiency in ten-key data entry by touch + Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel + Strong data and records management skills

Job Duties

• Review and respond to billing and receivables
• Research and process accounting transactions related to internal or external customer requests
• Process accounting transactions on financial subsidiary systems and the general ledger
• Provide information and prepare to adjust entries as needed
• Communicate discrepancies to policy owners, administrators, field force, and internal contacts
• Handle daily processing of incoming wire transfers
• Provide backup to other areas as necessary on wire payments
