Pay: $16.00/hour

Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

Temp-to-Hire | Must Train on 1st Shift for 3–5 Days (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

What You’ll Do:

In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electronic components onto circuit boards following specific instructions and strict quality standards. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where precision and consistency matter. Daily tasks include:

• Assembling and securing small electronic parts to printed circuit boards
• Handling delicate components using basic hand tools and manual techniques
• Performing visual inspections to ensure correct part placement and product quality
• Working closely with your team to meet production targets

Requirements:

• Previous light industrial or assembly experience required
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small parts and tools
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written/verbal instructions precisely
• A team player with strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and remain on your feet during the shift
