Outbound Call Center Agent – Join the Solar Revolution!
Staffmark is partnering with a growing solar power company, Freedom Forever, in Las Vegas to hire an Outbound Call Center Agent. In this role, you will use your knowledge of solar products and services to assist customers with inquiries, qualifications, and appointment scheduling. Engage with potential clients over the phone and offer tailored solutions to meet their energy needs. Apply today and help power a sustainable future!
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Shift: Monday-Saturday, 6 AM – 7 PM (40 hours/week- Flexible scheduling options!)
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and confirm appointments with potential customers
- Update and maintain CRM profiles and files
- Make cold and warm calls to generate leads and follow up with potential clients
- Qualify homeowners to determine if solar is a viable solution for their energy needs
- Review generated leads for potential appointments or clients
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of call center experience (sales experience preferred)
- Familiarity with MS Office and Google Docs
- Experience using CRMs, particularly Velocify and Agemini (a plus)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience in the solar industry is a plus but not required
