Pay Rate: $17 – $19 per hour
Shift: First Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify timesheets in the payroll system for accuracy, ensuring all Per Diem and Mileage payments comply with customer contracts and state laws.
• Generate invoices from payroll records using EPICOR Kinetic.
• Enter invoices for payment in SAP Ariba, COUPA, and other electronic billing systems required by clients.
• Process EDI billing transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed financial records with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to verify payroll data with precision.
• Experience with EPICOR Kinetic, SAP Ariba, COUPA, and other electronic billing systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and spreadsheet management.
• Knowledge of EDI billing processes is beneficial.
• Ability to follow detailed billing and payroll guidelines provided by the company.
