Position Description
Support the program manager in coordinating project activities, ensuring smooth operation, and providing ad-hoc support as needed in the Extended Warranty Program.
Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with multiple internal teams (finance, sales, operations, customer service) to streamline processes and address concerns.
- Data Management & Compliance: Handle sensitive financial and customer data while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor key performance metrics related to warranty sales and suggest improvements for increased efficiency and revenue growth.
- Report Generation & Insights: Provide regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) with actionable insights on warranty sales performance, trends, and financial impact.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required
- Project and/or program management experience
- Able to succeed and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Data analysis and reporting background required
- High proficiency with MS Excel
- PMP or PMI desired but not required
