Schedule: 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
Salary: $80,000 – $115,000/yr. 

The Finance Manager will lead and develop a multi-location finance team, ensuring training and goal achievement. Responsibilities include overseeing financing transactions, credit analysis, and lender negotiations, while maintaining finance policies aligned with risk management and market conditions. The role involves building relationships with internal teams and external lenders, developing competitive financing programs, and creating finance-based revenue strategies, including insurance solutions. Additionally, the manager will review loan/lease documents, resolve outstanding transactions, and provide training on finance programs.

Qualifications: 

• Must have 5 years of Finance and Management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or 3+ years of Credit & Collections experience.
• Strong management, communication, and financial analysis skills. 
• Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of finance regulations, and willingness to travel (up to 40%) are also required.
• Must have insurance knowledge.
