Pay: $45/hr.
Schedule: 1st shift

Key Responsibilities: 

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing to offer acceptance—while ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Leverage talent intelligence reports (TalentNeuron) in every kickoff meeting to build data-driven recruitment strategies.
• Manage 20-25 active requisitions on average per month, ensuring all roles are filled efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy by managing recruitment processes through Workday and maintaining <10% offer correction rates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing strategic talent advice and ensuring accountability in the hiring process.
• Increase business understanding and visibility through monthly in-person engagements, including site visits, job fairs, and ride-alongs.

Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Strong experience in sourcing talent across a variety of platforms and mediums, networking, and engaging passive candidates.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred) to manage and track recruitment processes.
• Ability to use data and talent market insights to develop effective hiring strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices related to hiring and interviewing.
