Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Bunnell, FL

Pay: $20-$24 per hour

Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Overview:

Staffmark is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a dynamic and growing team. This role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting various industrial equipment, including conveyors, HVAC/R systems, motors, and PLCs. The position requires working in outdoor and 36-38°F refrigerated environments while adhering to strict safety protocols. Specialty tools are provided, but you must bring your own standard tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and diagnostics on baggers, conveyors, motors, HVAC/R systems, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair farm equipment and housing facilities.
• Follow safety protocols such as LOTO, fall protection, and arc flash procedures.
• Work in cold storage environments (36-38°F) and outdoor conditions.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience troubleshooting 3-phase electrical systems.
• Hands-on experience repairing motors, bearings, rollers, and processing equipment.
• Basic plumbing, welding, and motor/pump installation skills.
• Preventive maintenance experience with strong mechanical aptitude.
• Familiarity with PLC systems and production packaging equipment (preferred).
• Forklift operation proficiency.
• Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in an industrial environment.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance are required.
