Staffmark is teaming up with a well-established, family-owned company known for producing America’s favorite potato rolls! We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our diverse team as a Food Packer. This company takes pride in crafting top-quality baked goods while maintaining a positive and collaborative workplace.

Rotating Schedule: 6:50am – 3:00pm, 2:50pm – 11:00pm, 10:50pm – 7:00am
Pay: $19/hr. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Monitor the cooling spirals to ensure only high-quality bread reaches customers, removing any defective products.
• Train on changing slicer machine blades and verifying proper slicing of all bread products.
• Oversee bagging operations, ensuring each product is placed in the correct packaging, including double bagging for big-box retailers.
• Operate the quick lock machine to apply plastic date clips with essential product and expiration details.
• Maintain quality standards by ensuring fresh products reach customers with a maximum shelf life in their kitchens.
• Work as a palletizer, correctly placing products into designated baskets and stacking them.
• Secure stacked baskets with straps before they are transported for shipping by the Product Coordinator.

Qualified candidates will have one year of experience in food or packing, but willing to train the right candidate.
