We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our production team as Dough Prep Production Worker. Our client is committed to baking the best products and providing exceptional service, all while fostering a supportive and friendly work environment. 

Schedule: Rotating shifts, 4:50am – 1:00pm, 12:50pm – 9:00pm, and 8:50pm – 5:00am.
Pay: $19/hr. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Shovel 50-75 pounds of mix into a large industrial mixer, requiring frequent lifting to shoulder level or higher.
• Operate the PLC computer to initiate mix cycles and ensure proper dough ball creation.
• Monitor dough balls as they fall onto baking pans and adjust them to ensure proper placement.
• Oversee the baking process, ensuring dough moves correctly from the proofer to the oven.
• Adjust pan orientation before entering the oven to prevent jams that could disrupt production.
• Manage the pan line, pushing carts of pans into magnets for the conveyor system.
• Remove and recycle stacked pans as part of the production flow.

Qualified candidates will have one year of food or production experience but willing to train the right candidate.
