Pay Rate: $28.00–$30.00/hour (based on experience & education)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll be the quality gatekeeper, ensuring every part and product meets the company’s high standards and regulatory requirements. You’ll:
- Perform detailed visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of raw materials, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
- Utilize tools such as calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, depth gauges, CMM, and optical comparators.
- Conduct receiving, programming, and first article inspections.
- Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
- Assist with and lead cross-functional training programs for quality staff.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in receiving inspection activities.
- Support Quality Assurance Engineers, production, and purchasing teams.
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain complete compliance with GMP, ISO standards, and internal quality policies.
- Train fellow inspectors and contribute to developing inspection protocols.

What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in an FDA- or ISO-regulated manufacturing environment
- Background in electromechanical or medical device manufacturing is highly preferred
- Proficient with precision measuring tools and inspection software
- Thorough understanding of component testing, product validation, and inspection documentation
- Strong working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- A sharp eye for detail and a passion for getting it right the first time
