Job Description:

Pay: $24.00/hr – $28.00/hr
Shift: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and proven experience as an Accounting Assistant. Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, or Microsoft Dynamics and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
Job Duties:
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and payment transactions.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
- Assist with payroll processing, verifying timesheets, and ensuring accurate deductions.
- Support month-end and year-end closings and assist with tax prep and audits.
