Pay: $20/hr
Shift: Monday – Friday
As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for monitoring and operating the assigned production line, ensuring bottles are filled accurately and efficiently. You will handle line set-ups, wash-outs, and make necessary adjustments to maintain proper filling levels, all while leading a line crew and following cGMP procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Operate portable filling equipment efficiently and maintain line productivity.
- Perform timely set-ups per the line router and item work order.
- Adjust filling equipment to ensure proper fill levels, air, and speed.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate line documentation and logs.
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth production.
- Follow attendance and punctuality standards.
- Report mechanical or product issues to the management team immediately.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
- Comfortable operating touch screen machinery.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) to complete production documentation.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for 8-12 hours per shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
