Correspondent Loan Processor

Are you looking to start your career in a fast-paced, essential industry? We are hiring a Correspondent Loan Processor in Santa Ana, CA! This is an entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in loan processing and data entry while working in a dynamic warehouse environment.

 

Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday

Pay: $18/hr. (Pay increase to $19.48 per hour after 90 days on assignment)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform heavy 10-key data entry with accuracy
  • Sort, label, and file loan documents and packages
  • Copy and scan documents for processing
  • Track and enter package details into the system
  • Organize loans alphabetically and file them accordingly
  • Use ladders (2 – 6 step) to retrieve and store documents
  • Manage time effectively in a fast-paced work environment
  • Assist with special projects and additional tasks as needed

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Data entry skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the mortgage industry
  • High school diploma or GED is required
