Document Processing Assistant

Are you detail-oriented and looking for an opportunity to grow in the mortgage industry? In Santa Ana, CA, Staffmark is seeking a Document Processing Assistant to join a dynamic loan servicing team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with data and documentation. No experience is required, training will be provided!

 

Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday

Pay: $18/hr. (Pay increase to $19.48 after 90 days)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review mortgage loan files for completion and accuracy
  • Update and maintain loan files with precise data entry
  • Audit files to ensure accuracy before shipping to customers
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments
  • Respond to client requests and inquiries professionally and efficiently
