Pay Rate: $15.00/hr

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (Pay increases to $18-$22/hr upon hire)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support and service to customers.
• Install and maintain telecommunications equipment at various job sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to telecommunications services.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
• Transport tools and equipment as needed.
• Run cable and create access points.
• Work with servers and hardware to maintain connectivity.

Qualifications

Minimum of one year experience in tech support, help desk, or customer service; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; a valid driver’s license, and reliable personal transportation; strong work ethic, motivation, and eagerness to learn and grow within the company; and comfortability working with tools, running cable, and handling equipment.
