Warehouse Associate – Join a Leading Health & Wellness Brand
Are you an experienced Warehouse Associate with forklift skills looking for a long-term opportunity? Staffmark is hiring for a top-rated sleep-aid brand in Chatsworth, CA. This role requires teamwork with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday (Possibly Saturday) | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all shipping and receiving functions, including unloading and loading trucks.
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts following safety guidelines.
- Track and document shipments, and maintain records and inventory logs.
- Assist with inventory control and warehouse organization.
- Ensure proper storage, tagging, labeling, and handling of merchandise.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and SOPs.
- Work independently and collaboratively to meet daily warehouse demands.
- Participate in monthly training sessions on SOPs, safety, and cGMP guidelines.
- Assist with delivery truck check-ins, order preparation, and shipment tracking.
- Report any equipment, material, or process concerns for resolution.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
- Forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Knowledge of inventory and logistics software (ERP systems preferred)
- Forklift Certification (preferred, but not required)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
