Hourly Pay: $17-$21 (based on experience)

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Generate and submit invoices to customers through mail, email, and/or online portals
• Research and resolve discrepancies in invoices to ensure accuracy
• Collaborate with other departments to verify invoice information
• Assist with filing and document organization
• Maintain and update customer records (address changes, mergers, etc.)
• Provide support to customers via email and phone communications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop or similar accounting software
• Understanding of accounting principles and processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Experience with Adobe Plus or similar software is a plus
• Sales tax knowledge and experience in the Oil & Gas or rental industry are a plus
