Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to work in a dynamic environment? Staffmark is hiring an Estimator Detailer for a thriving company in Abilene, TX! This role is perfect for someone with strong math skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for project management.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexibility for overtime as needed)
Pay: $20/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process estimates and bids, communicating with contractors throughout the project.
• Follow up on open estimates to track success rates and improve future bids.
• Verify awarded projects, ensuring accuracy in documentation and pricing.
• Review materials for scheduled projects to meet specifications and obtain necessary quotations.
• Prepare submittals reflecting project materials.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in project management, estimating, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret documents and write reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Comsense is a plus.
• Solid mathematical ability, including calculations for proportions, percentages, and geometry.
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to standardized procedures.
• Background in warehouse or construction is helpful but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured on company policy.
