Staffmark is hiring a Shipping Clerk to work in Muncie, IN at a local, family-owned business that has partnered with us to grow their team. We are searching for a motivated individual ready to work in a fast-paced team environment. 

Schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday
Pay: $16 per hour  

Shipping Clerk job tasks:

• Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
• Use computers, handheld devices, and specialized packaging equipment to process shipments.
• Verify order accuracy by auditing shipping documents and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain and stock shipping stations with necessary materials for efficient operation.
• Assemble and package merchandise according to instructions, ensuring proper preparation for shipment.
• Prepare bills of lading, confirm shipments, and ensure drivers depart with the correct paperwork.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures to maintain accuracy in all shipping documentation.
