Staffmark seeks a dependable, customer-oriented Customer Delivery Representative to join our team in Jonesboro, AR. Keep reading to learn more on how to apply today!

Pay: $15/hour

Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

As a Customer Delivery Representative, you will be responsible for delivering supplies to our customers on time and providing exceptional service. You’ll be the face of our company, building strong relationships with clients through prompt and professional deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver supplies to customer locations.
• Ensure all deliveries are accurate, complete, and on schedule.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns.
• Load and unload products, verifying orders against invoices.
• Lift and carry packages up to 65 lbs as needed.
• Operate a forklift to move and organize inventory.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Use a computer system for customer orders and data accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 75 lbs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
