Shift Details:

1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday – Friday | $15 per hour

Essential Functions:

• Processing & Assembly:
  • Process single-line items according to labels (bag, box, tag, label, etc.), ensuring accurate inspection and count verification.
  • Handle purchased parts received in bulk, creating ready-to-ship boxes/containers in proper order quantities for future stock and customer order fulfillment.
• Quality Control & Inspection:
  • Identify and tag any component parts with visual defects, nonconformities, or questionable conditions, reporting them to the appropriate Supervisor or Quality personnel.
  • Document issues with assembled or finished products using a Reject Placard or Nonconformity Report and move affected items to the designated hold location.
• Material & Work Order Review:
  • Verify that kits contain the necessary sub-assemblies or parts for assigned jobs.
  • Review work orders and instructions to determine assembly requirements, including any special options or modifications.
  • Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
• Quality Assurance Compliance:
  • Request a Quality Inspection for first-piece or in-process checks to confirm compliance with established quality standards.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform physical tasks that include sitting, bending, standing, walking, reaching, and lifting 25 pounds.
